3.2 You agree not to use the lists for any of the following:

Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud or harassment.

4.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to: CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)

5.2 We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Failure of the lists to achieve desired marketing outcomes.
5.3 Our maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services.
6.1 All fees for the Services will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. 6.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the email lists provided and not disclose them to any unauthorized parties.
8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you breach any term of this Agreement.
8.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the email lists and delete any copies in your possession.
9.1 All content, materials, and data provided through the Services are the intellectual property of GnuNetworks, LLC.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the email lists strictly as outlined in this Agreement.
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GnuNetworks, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the Services.
Violation of applicable laws.
Breach of this Agreement.
11.1 We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or internet outages.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
12.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or court proceedings, as applicable.
13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
